Easy Strawberry Smoothies
Combine yogurt, milk, and Equal in blender or food processor; cover. With blender running, add berries, a few at a time, through opening in lid. Process until smooth. Add ice cubes one at a time through opening in lid, blending until slushy. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. Per serving: 82 calories, 4g protein, 17g carbohydrates, 0g fat, 1mg cholesterol, 58mg sodium. Food exchanges: 1/2 milk, 1 fruit |
