Grilled Tuna Steak

2 lb yellowfin tuna steaks, fresh or frozen 1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce Paprika

Heat grill until coals are moderately hot.  Meanwhile, cut fish into six equal portions and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika.  With a pastry brush, brush marinade on one side of tuna, and sprinkle with paprika.  Place marinated side down onto the heated grill.  Brush other side of fish with remaining marinade and sprinkle with paprika. Cook about 4 inches from moderately hot coals for 5-6 minutes.  Turn, brush with additional marinade and paprika.  Cook 4-5 minutes longer or until tuna has a slightly pink color.  Do not overcook.

Serves 6

Serve with 1 cup steamed new potatoes, 1 kiwi (sliced), and fresh spinach salad with 2 Tbsp reduced fat dressing.  This dinner has approximately 550 calories and includes 2 starch, 3 meat, 1-2 vegetable, 1 fruit, and 2 fat exchanges.
